Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PRISM. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. What PRISM is

PRISM sends your prompt to several independent third-party language models at the same time and returns what each of them produced.

PRISM does not train, host or operate those models. They are run by their respective providers and reached through third-party inference platforms. PRISM is a routing and presentation layer.

2. What PRISM does not claim

PRISM does not verify that any output is correct. Model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or wrong in ways that are not obvious.

Where PRISM shows how many models produced a similar answer, that number describes agreement between models. It is not a measure of correctness. Models can agree and still be wrong, including because they share the same gaps in what they know.

You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on. Do not use PRISM as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety or other consequential decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You must not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you must not be on any applicable restricted-party list.

4. Accounts and access

Access is via a connected wallet. You are responsible for the security of that wallet and of any device or key that controls it. Anyone who controls your wallet controls your access. We cannot restore access to a wallet you have lost control of, and we cannot reverse anything done through it.

5. Credits

Credits are a prepaid balance used to run prompts. Credits:

  • are consumed by usage, metered by tokens processed, not by number of prompts
  • are not currency, and have no cash value
  • are not transferable between accounts
  • are non-refundable except where refund is required by law

Prices and consumption rates may change. Changes apply to purchases made after the change takes effect.

6. $PRISM token

$PRISM is not an investment product and is not offered as one.

Holding $PRISM may unlock access tiers within PRISM. That is a functional use within this product and nothing more.

We make no representation, promise or guarantee about the price, liquidity, tradability or future value of $PRISM. We do not commit to buy it, support its price, list it anywhere, or maintain any market for it. Its value may go to zero.

Tier thresholds, the models included in each tier, and the benefits of holding may change or be removed at any time, including in ways that reduce or eliminate what holding gives you.

Nothing here is an offer to sell securities, financial advice, or investment advice. Digital assets are treated differently in different countries and it is your responsibility to understand the rules that apply to you, including tax.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use PRISM to:

  • break any law, or infringe anyone's rights
  • generate material that sexualises minors, or that facilitates violence, weapons, or serious harm
  • attempt to identify, harass, defame or impersonate a real person
  • submit other people's personal or confidential data without a lawful basis
  • attempt to extract model weights, reverse the service, or circumvent limits
  • resell or redistribute PRISM output as if it were a competing service
  • run automated traffic beyond documented limits, or create multiple wallets to evade free-tier limits

Third-party providers apply their own policies to prompts routed through them, and those policies apply to you as well.

8. Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts you submit. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service: to transmit your prompt to model providers, to return their outputs to you, and to store both as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to submit whatever you submit.

We make no ownership claim over model outputs. Whether outputs are protectable at all, and by whom, is unsettled and differs by country. Assume they may not be exclusive to you.

9. Logging

Every prompt and every model response is stored in full. This is described in the Privacy Policy and is core to how the service works, not incidental.

10. Availability

PRISM is provided as is. There is no uptime commitment. Third-party model providers can be slow, rate-limited or unavailable, and when that happens PRISM proceeds with the models that responded and says so.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, including specific models, tiers or features, at any time.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, PRISM is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or losses connected to the value of any digital asset.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or 100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits. Where that is the case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your use of PRISM, your content, or your breach of these terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using PRISM at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe continued access creates legal or security risk. Unused credits are not refunded on termination for breach.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date at the top. Continued use after that means you accept them.
